What's Your Bucket List?

Or for me to join a bunch of friends and socialise. I was an introvert between 12 to 35. It was probably the easiest way for me to socialise, find sanity and allowed me to fit into society. One movie that had an impact on me was "Bucket List". It was about a rich man (played by Jack Nicholson) who was in a hospital ward with another patient (Morgan Freeman) who was terminally ill. Jack brough Freeman on a wild trip to fulfill his bucket list. I have a long list of bucket list. Things that I wished I had done but never did when I was young, perhaps because I was too timid. 1. From 9 to 22, it started going downhill as my dad left to work in Malaysia. My mom was neglectful, unsupportive, uncommunicative. My formative years were a series of one setback after another. While in university, I woke up. I realised I could be a winner and excel in whatever I set my heart out. When I returned to Singapore, I realised the work place was a lot more competitive than I thought. I wanted to be in the investment field, but I studied the wrong field and didn't have connections to get the job I want. From 25 to 35, I went through a series of adjustments in my career.
